Submitting a quote or contact form does not create a booking or guarantee availability. A service is only confirmed when Bin Buddies accepts and confirms the relevant arrangements.

Information provided in a quote request should be accurate, particularly the delivery location, waste type, preferred bin size, access conditions and placement instructions.

3. Promotions

Website promotions may be limited by dates, service area, postcode, suburb, bin size, waste type, stock or other stated conditions. An offer displayed on the website does not override the eligibility conditions attached to that promotion.

4. Council and permit information

Our Access & Permits page provides practical links and summaries relating to councils within our main service corridor. Council rules, fees, forms and approval processes can change without notice.

Always verify current requirements with the relevant council before placing a skip bin on a road, footpath, nature strip or other public land. Bin Buddies does not control council decisions or approval processes.
